please find below an overview of shipping and payment methods. (Indicated prices are net prices)
 
Self-pick-up
Our customers have the option to pick up their merchandise at our warehouse in Wolnzach, free of charge. All items are packed in transportable cartons, making pick-up quick and easy.
Our warehouse is open every weekday. Please note our hours of operation. We may make special arrangements in extreme cases, but this must be confirmed with our staff in advance.

Opening hours warehouse:
Monday till Friday: 8am - 12:30pm and 2:00pm - 4:30pm 

Shipping

• We deliver the goods within Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, France, UK, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Great Britain, Northern Ireland, Ireland, and Spain. (We do ship to other countries, but customers must contact us directly for pricing and fees.)
• No shipping on weekends.
• If we receive your order by 1pm (Mo.-Fr.), your order will be dispatched on the same day!!

For Switzerland, the indicated prices are net prices. Every order is liable to duty and VAT for imports to Switzerland. For postal deliveries, the client is regarded as the importer and is obliged to pay any fees arising in this connection. These will be charged by DPD when delivering the order. More details can be found on the website of the Swiss Customs Authority (Eidgenössische Zollverwaltung - EZV) http://www.estv.admin.ch/. The current tax rates for the tax on imported products can be found on the website of the Swiss Federal Tax Authority (Eidgenössische Steuerverwaltung - ESTV) http://www.estv.admin.ch

20.00€ for snap frame A0 (Art.-#: 4556)
15.00€ for roll-up Mega (Art.-#: 4539)
All goods with an large package surcharge will be delivered by trucking company!
 
 
Our online shop offers the following payment methods:

Prepayment
If you choose prepayment as the payment method, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation and will deliver the goods upon receipt of payment.

Credit Card
Our online shop accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Your credit card account will be debited once you complete the order.

PayPal
You pay the invoice amount via the online retailer PayPal. If you are not already registered there, you will need to register first, then you will have to prove your identity by means of your login data and then confirm the payment instruction to us (in exceptional cases you might be able to use guest access). You will receive further advice during the order process.

DIRECTeBanking (Sofortüberweisung)
The payment method DIRECTeBanking is only available in Germany. In this case, we immediately receive the transfer credit. This will speed up the entire order process. You only need an account number, sort code, PIN and TAN for this. By means of the secure payment form of Sofort AG, which is not accessible for retailers, DIRECTeBanking carries out an automated transfer from your online bank account in real time. The purchase price is transferred immediately and directly to the bank account of the retailer. If you choose DIRECTeBanking, a pre-filled in form will open at the end of the order process. This form already contains our bank details. Additionally, the transfer amount and the reference are already indicated in the form. You only have to choose the country, in which you have you online account, and fill in the sort code. Then you fill in the same data as when registering for online banking (account number and PIN). Confirm your order by entering the TAN. You will immediately receive a confirmation of the transaction. In principle, every internet user can choose DIRECTeBanking as the payment method, if he/she has an activated online account with a PIN/TAN procedure. Please note that a few banks do not yet provide DIRECTeBanking.
